TERMS & CONDITIONS

PGCert, PGDip & MSc Part 1:

Delegates must have set up an active payment plan (Easy Payment Scheme or Standard Payment Plan) or paid the full course fee before starting the course.  

Delegates who fail to complete the financial requirements for tuition fee payments before the first day of the course will be deemed to have withdrawn from the course.  In such a circumstance the delegate will not be permitted to re-join the course.

 


Cancellations & withdrawals -

No refunds of the registration payment are given should a delegate decide, for any reason, not to attend or to withdraw from the course.  

If you decide to withdraw from your course this must be made in writing to info@caofdi.com

​Withdrawals commence on the date that your written notification is received.  Withdrawals can not be made retrospectively.

If you withdraw from the course your grades and all work submitted will be deleted from our systems.  You will not be able to carry your grades or any submitted work forwards to any further cohorts of the course.  You will no longer have access to the Canvas VLE or any of the online teaching materials.  If you choose to start the course again in the future you would need to do so at the start of that cohort and would be liable for the full tution fees of that cohort.

​Once you have withdrawn from the course you are not able to rejoin the cohort.

​Upon withdrawal from the course, for any reason, the following fees are applicable:


- Withdrawing during the first 10 weeks of the course:  50% of the full year's fee

- Withdrawing after the first 10 weeks of the course:  100% of the full year's fee

Registration onto the PGCert, PGDip or MSc Part 1 is for the duration of the cohort and for the registered person only,  Places cannot be transfered to other people.  Places cannot be deferred to future cohorts.

Level 1 & Level 2 CBCT Core Training Courses:

Cancellations are accepted for the Level 2 program in writing up to 28 days before the Level 2 course date.  Cancellations received before this date will be given a refund, minus a £50 +VAT administration fee.  No refunds will be given for any cancellations received closer than 28 days to the course date.

The Level 2 course registration is not transferable to a future date.  If a place is cancelled within 28 days of the course date the place cannot be transferred for free to a later running of the course.  However, registrants may transfer their place to a colleague.

All Level 2 delegates must be qualified dental or medical practitioners.

If you decide to cancel a Level 1 course within 48 hours of booking a refund will be given, minus £30 +VAT administration costs.  The cancellation must be made in writing to info@caofdi.com

After 48 hours no cancellations or refunds are accepted for the online Level 1 course regardless of whether you have started the course or not.

Level 1 access is a 1 year licence.  Access will cease 1 year after the date of registration.  All Level 1 delegates must be dentists, dental radiographers or dental care professionals

As all courses are professional dental courses, purchased by dental professionals,  they are not regulated under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
