Level 7 Certificate Implant Dentistry

The Certificate in Implant Dentistry (EduQual Level 7) is a part time program of 6-12 months duration .  The qualification is accredited by the regulated UK awarding body, EduQual and is aligned with the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), allowing use of the postnominals CertImpDent.

The programme has 3 pathways:

​

1.  Beginners (Provided Patients) Pathway*

2.  Beginners (Treat Own Patients) Pathway

3.  Experienced Practitioner Pathway

​

The program utilises a blend of online theory and contact practical classes to provide part-time education and qualification opportunities with reduced disruption to your practice.  For the Clinical Cases module, delegates on the Beginners (Provided Patients) Pathway will attend a 5-day Clinical Training Program with all patients provided for you.

 

September - December:

​Start date:  22nd September 2025

Module 1:  Patient Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment Planning (online delivery). 15 credits

Module 2:  Preclinical Practical Skills Week (5 day contact class 13th-17th October 2025). 15 credits

Module 3.  Implant Prosthodontics and Occlusion (online delivery). 15 credits​

October onwards:

Module 4:  Clinical Cases:  15 credits

​

This 60 credit program requires a total of 600 notional hours of study.

After successful completion the accredited Level 7 Certificate in Implant Dentistry is awarded​

Course fees: 

Beginners (Provided Patients) Pathway - £8,950*

Beginners (Treat Own Patients) Pathway - £6,950

Experienced Practitioner Pathways - £6,500

The course fee can be paid over 10 monthly instalments (interest free, UK bank account required)

Course fees are subject to VAT

* As the Beginners (Provided Patients) Pathway requires the treatment of provided patients, this pathway is only open to UK dentists with full GDC registration
